License Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between Pien van der Togt, trading as PIEN.DESIGN, and the person or organisation purchasing the Artist Press Kit Template.

2. What you receive

Access to the Artist Press Kit Template in Canva, the Quick Start Guide, the customer tutorials, and any template updates made available to existing customers.

3. Artist License

The Artist License permits use of the template for one artist or one artist project.

4. Agency License

The Agency License permits use of the template for up to 10 artists on the purchaser's own agency, management or label roster. It does not permit use on behalf of third parties outside that roster.

5. What is not permitted

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or give away the template, in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified.

You may not share your access link publicly, publish it, or pass it to anyone outside the license you bought. The link is personal to your purchase.

You may not offer the template, or anything derived from it, as your own template, product or service, whether free or paid.

You may not use the template for more artists than your license covers. If your roster grows beyond the Agency License limit, contact us and we will arrange the additional coverage.

The license is granted to you and is not transferable to another person or organisation.

6. Ownership

The template, its page layouts, its design system and all material supplied with it remain the intellectual property of PIEN.DESIGN. Buying a license gives you the right to use the template within the limits set out above. It does not transfer ownership of the design to you.

Everything you add is yours. Your photographs, text, logos, artist name and the finished press kit you produce with the template remain entirely your property, and we claim no rights over them.

7. Refunds

This is digital content that is made available to you immediately after payment. At checkout you asked for immediate access and confirmed that the terms begin once that access is provided. Under EU consumer law that consent means the fourteen day right of withdrawal no longer applies once access has been given.

For that reason, purchases are not refundable once your access link has been issued.

If the product does not work, that is a different matter and it will be put right. If your access link fails, the template will not open, or something you paid for is missing, contact support with your order number. We will fix it, and if it genuinely cannot be fixed you will be refunded.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute arising from it will be brought before the competent Dutch courts.

If you are buying as a consumer, this does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
