Why this exists
When I started taking my own artist project more seriously, I ran into a surprisingly annoying problem:
What exactly am I supposed to send a booker?
A bio? Spotify links? Press photos? Numbers? Tech rider? All of it? None of it?
I could find plenty of press kit templates.
I just couldn't find one I actually wanted to use.
So I made one.
And because I figured I probably wasn't the only artist staring at a blank Canva page at 1AM, I turned it into a template.

FAQ
Questions.Answered.
01Do I need Canva Pro?
Nope. A free Canva account works just fine.
Canva Pro gives you a few useful extras such as Brand Kit and background removal, but you don't need either to use the template.
02Can I change the colours to match my brand?
Yes. Every colour in the template is editable in Canva.
Put your own palette in, change the type and imagery with it, and the layouts still hold. The kit is built to carry your branding, not mine.
03Can I remove pages?
Please do.
The kit is modular for a reason. If press, a tech rider or social insights aren't relevant to you yet, delete them. The rest of the kit will still hold together.
04Can I add more pages?
Yes. Duplicate any existing layout and replace the content.
Because the pages use the same grid and design system, everything stays visually consistent.
05Can I use it for more than one artist?
The Artist License is for one artist or one artist project.
If you manage multiple artists, the Agency License lets you use the template for up to 10 artists on your own roster.
06What's the difference between the Artist and Agency License?
Same kit. Different usage rights.
The template, the guide and the tutorial are identical. The Artist License covers one artist project. The Agency License covers up to 10 artists on your own roster.
07How do I receive the template?
Immediately after payment, you'll get access to a private page containing the Canva template, Quick Start Guide, the full video tutorial and your license.
You'll also receive the access link by email.
08Do I get the file immediately?
Yep.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, access opens automatically. Nothing needs to be sent manually and you don't have to wait for me to notice your order.
09Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are limited under the applicable terms.
If something is genuinely broken or you can't access your template, contact support and I'll help sort it out.
10What if I need help?
Send an email through the support details on the access page or website footer and include your order information.
You won't be left alone with 47 mysterious Canva layers.
